This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Cupertino, CA. Summary
The Email Production Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end assembly, quality assurance, and delivery of high-volume email campaigns across multiple content types and global markets. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely, accurate, and visually consistent communications that align with brand and business objectives. You'll work closely with editorial, creative, localization, and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life and ensure they are delivered to the highest standard. Our Ideal Candidate
3+ years of experience in email campaign production or a related marketing operations role
Passion for digital marketing with a strong foundation in email production best practices
Proficient in enterprise-level email service platforms such as MailChimp, Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign Manager, or comparable tools
Comfortable using HTML and CSS for email formatting, troubleshooting, and cross-client rendering fixes
Familiar with QA processes, peer review practices, and cross-functional workflows
Skilled in collaborating with creative, technical, and marketing stakeholders
Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
Job Description
In this role, you will build, test, and deploy high-volume email campaigns, ensuring accuracy and visual consistency across devices and platforms.
You'll partner with editorial, design, localization, and marketing teams to gather assets, implement feedback, and meet campaign deadlines. This includes QA testing, rendering checks, and troubleshooting HTML/CSS issues to optimize performance.
You will also support process improvements, peer review campaigns, and help maintain high-quality standards for the team's global output. Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
Background in digital marketing, production, or marketing operations
Experience managing a workload of multiple campaigns per week in a high-pressure environment
