Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of security command center including
• • Providing reports and notifications regarding situations, events and incidents and how they were resolved in an appropriate manner
  • Multi-channel communications and radio communications
• Monitor exterior doors, sensitive building areas and building perimeter via CCTV and provide access control, including activating and deactivation badge access
• Provide quality customer service to client staff, other stakeholders, and Per Mar Security personnel
• Serve as an emergency hub for the client
• Log visitor data and other basic reports in security computer system
• Notify proper agencies and personnel to alarms and emergencies as directed in post orders
• Wear and maintain appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as outlined for the position and follow all PPE policies and procedures
• Follow all client site specific duties, as required and outlined in post orders
• Work additional hours when necessary due to critical incidents and emergencies
• Adhere to the highest standards of ethical business conduct and compliance by acting lawfully, ethically, honestly and professionally in the performance of the job at all times as well as be in compliance with company policy and procedures as it relates to the job function
