Staffing Coordinator

Overview of the role

The (Temporary) Staffing Coordinator provides administrative support to the Staffing Team by scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, generating reports, and assisting with onboarding and new hire orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all correspondence, interview schedules, offer/promotion letters and job postings.
  • Produce staffing reports.
  • Manage the Job Requisition process, including tracking in system and communicating with Recruiters/Hiring Managers.
  • Handle travel arrangements for external candidates.
  • Interact with hiring managers, WSI associates, external applicants and vendors.
  • Special projects as assigned.

Criteria

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Human Resources Assistant; experience in Staffing preferred.
  • Work independently and exercise sound judgment.
  • Ability to prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Ability to perform work onsite in the San Francisco office

The expected starting pay range for this position is $24.00-$31.25 hourly. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
