Pleasant and Greensburg, PA plants as part of our inaugural Learning Center of Expertise (CoE). In this role, you'll be at the heart of our learning ecosystem-managing digital platforms, coordinating dynamic training events, supporting audits and grants, and cultivating a vibrant internal knowledge-sharing community. How You'll Make an Impact

• Administer and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS)

• Upload and organize training content, courses, and learner data

• Collaborate with teams to document skills and competencies

• Support audits and manage training-related grant submissions

• Plan and coordinate training events, workshops, and seminars

• Handle logistics including vendors, RSVPs, and evaluations

• Build and support a knowledge-sharing community across teams

• Ensure compliance with internal and external learning standards

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, IT, Business, Communication, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in education, tech, manufacturing, or IT

• Master's degree preferred

• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels

• Experience with LMS administration; Cornerstone experience is a plus

• Comfortable working in a production plant environment

• Authorized to work in the United States
