What this job involves: This critical facilities maintenance role supports JLL's commitment to operational excellence by ensuring optimal building performance and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for maintaining mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems while following stringent procedures and safety protocols [Source: JLL Job Description Template.docx]. This position directly contributes to JLL's business objectives by maintaining high-quality facility operations and reducing operational disruptions through proactive maintenance and problem-solving. What your day-to-day will look like: * Conduct daily building rounds and readings to monitor all mechanical equipment, utility usage, and temperature irregularities * Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC units, pumps, motors, VFDs, boilers, and chemical treatment systems * Complete assigned work orders in a timely manner and maintain detailed maintenance logs * Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480v and perform lighting maintenance including bulb and ballast replacement * Monitor subcontracted work, meet with contractors, and assist Operations Manager with building inspections and projects * Patrol building exteriors, maintain grounds, and perform minor plumbing repairs and touch-up painting as needed * Respond to facility complaints and escalate issues with access control and CCTV systems as required Required Qualifications: * Ability to lift minimum 50lbs safely and work at heights up to 30 feet using ladders * General knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems * Reliable transportation and availability for overtime, on-call, diverse shifts, and weekend work * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in both interior and exterior environments * Strong adherence to safety protocols including OSHA regulations and COVID-19 procedures * Excellent punctuality, client service, and interpersonal communication skills * Willingness to accept ongoing training, instruction, and constructive feedback professionally Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience working in critical facility environments * Familiarity with Methods of Procedure (MOP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP) * Experience with roof maintenance and repair work * Knowledge of building energy management systems * Experience monitoring and maintaining access control equipment * Basic administrative skills for maintaining maintenance logs and reporting procedures * Snow removal and groundskeeping experience Shift Options: 2nd shift: Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11pm 3rd shift: Sunday Evening - Friday morning 11pm - 7am Location: On-site -Brookfield, WI, Hartland, WIIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.
