The Global Growth Marketing Specialist is a highly skilled marketer who is passionate about category design, market insights, and innovation as we create full funnel messaging and campaigns that move prospects to customer advocates. You are a story-teller, data junky, brand ambassador, innovator, builder, MarTech nerd, and business partner that is focused on creating growth. You balance curiosity and a deep understanding of our customers, buyers, and business with a passion for building and executing activities that have a measurable impact on acquisition sales and customer retention and growth.

You'll be responsible for working collaboratively across sales, marketing, and the entire business to execute campaigns and sales plays. You'll have the opportunity to learn new marketing software (6Sense, Marketo, SalesLoft, Sendoso, Salesforce, HockeyStack) along with AI tools like you.com, get a look into how we reach and convert target buyers, and see how a fast-growing tech company leverages AI to optimize processes and drive campaign success.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing partners in the development and execution of marketing programs, both net new and cross-sell
  • Assist with end-to-end execution of growth marketing programs to drive engagement
  • Partner with internal teams on messaging, landing page creation, paid media, direct mail, and automation programs that directly influence program components and performance
  • Create emails, landing pages, and other brief copy in support of programs
  • Assist in maintaining a global campaign calendar to regularly update key stakeholders on program plans, deliverables and schedules
  • Assist with program builds, including but not limited to SFDC campaigns, Marketo programs, 6Sense targeting, Sendoso, Zoom webinars and automation plays
  • Assist with analyzing program performance against KPIs in partnership with the Marketing Analytics team
  • Collaborate with your growth marketing peers in evaluating and developing campaign best practices to accelerate the pace of testing and learning
  • Build and maintain relationships with regional marketing partners and field sales teams
  • Develop an understanding of intent technology and account signals (6Sense) to with account prioritization and personalization in programs
  • Assist in managing vendor relationships to deliver against project deadlines (i.e. onboarding, payments, communications, renewals, etc.)
  • Participate in ongoing opportunities to learn new skills and leverage your talents to grow on the Marketing team

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in enterprise software marketing strongly preferred
  • A bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, English or Communications
  • Strong project management communication and presentation skills
  • Positive, high-energy, team-focused attitude
  • Self-starter who knows when to pull the right people into a project
  • Commitment to continuous learning, an affinity for professional development and acquiring new skills relevant to the marketing landscape, including leveraging AI
  • Ability to get up-to-speed quickly, meet deadlines and strive for continuous improvement
  • Must be willing and able to travel occasionally

The US base salary range for this position is $64,000 - $96,000 base + bonus + benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for bonus, and other related benefits.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
