Your Opportunity as a Supply Chain Intern

As an intern within ourSupply Chainorganization responsibilities will vary based on your position. You will have the opportunity to assistinone of the following areas:Corporate Transportation, Corporate Warehousing, Customer Logistics, Commodities and Procurement, Supply Planning,Supply Chain Analytics, and Customer Supply Chain Initiatives.

Location: Orrville, Corporate Offices

Work Arrangements: Hybrid - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires

In this role you will:

• Work cross-functionally throughout the supply chain function with both internal and external partners.

• Utilize data analytics and Key Performance Indicators to drive decision making for daily tasks and project-based assignments.

• Identify cost savings and opportunities that drive continuous improvement benefiting Smucker and the customer through data analysis.

• Implement process enhancements and monitor performance metrics while maintaining a focus on cost and service to the business.

• Enhance supply chain knowledge through department showcases and shadowing opportunities.

What we are looking for:

• ASophomore or Junior standing in school with requisite educational experience in Supply Chain,Logistics,oranotherrelevant field

• Awell-roundedskill setincluding computer and analytics experience, adaptability, creative problem solvingandeffective communication
