Position Details:

As the Participant Navigator, you will be the first point of contact for Healthy Brain Network research participants and their families. You will greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, manage the reception area, and maintain office calendars. Furthermore, you will schedule and confirm participant appointments, tracking key study data related to enrollment and retention, and facilitate smooth participant flow by providing clear assistance throughout their visit.

Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, this is a full-time, non-exempt and hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote) position.

You Will:

  • Facilitate participant flow by greeting them upon arrival and ensuring clear communication throughout the entire visit while ensuring a high-quality participant experience during their visits.
  • Answer, screen, and forward in-person, phone, or electronic inquiries.
  • Schedule participant appointments and enter relevant information into a computerized scheduler.
  • Track and manage key data associated with study goals (e.g. enrollment, cancelations, study drop-out).
  • Manage reception/waiting areas of the study site, including office opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure the protection of personal and sensitive information collected from participants.
  • Support research staff with data collection, including enrollment, administration of surveys, and supporting families between appointments.

You Have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience working in settings with children, adolescents, and families and/or clinical populations.

Pay Range

The salary range for the position is posted. Factors such as candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations affect the salary offered within this range. In addition, this salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state and depending on the role), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
