Arjo's Clinical Sales Specialists are responsible for promoting and selling Huntleigh Healthcare products within a Midwest States territory. This field-based role focuses on sales and market development in Acute Care and Outpatient settings. The selected candidate will build strong relationships with key decision-makers across departments such as OR, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Labor & Delivery, and Purchasing. Working closely with their Inside Sales counterpart, the Clinical Sales Specialist will drive revenue growth, expand account penetration, and elevate Arjo's visibility among healthcare leaders.

Day-to-Day Activities:



  • Promote and sell Huntleigh Healthcare products to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and clinical education to healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain deep clinical and technical knowledge of Huntleigh products and competitive offerings.
  • Support endovascular and vascular procedures through in-service and clinical consultation.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct in-services to ensure proper product usage and clinical effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Administration, Marketing, and Technical Support.
  • Submit timely reports including weekly activity, competitive insights, and territory updates.
  • Represent Arjo at trade shows and industry events.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably selling into Cath Lab or OR environments; or High School Diploma and 5+ years of equivalent experience in medical device sales.
  • Proven track record of sales excellence and territory growth.
  • Sales into Endovascular and/or OR call points strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce.com preferred).
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle with active insurance coverage.
  • Willingness to travel overnight and on weekends as needed.
