Billing Clerk- 2nd shift (Wisconsin Rapids) Job description Duties Responsible for all daily activities of shipping and billing of paper loads, including job lot. Coordinate and release shipments from hi-rise. Create transfer shipments to Brown and Jefferson. Create trailer tags. Responsible for all daily activities surrounding the yard management of trailers. Coordinate with spotter for trailer movement. File Shipping bill of ladings. Responsible for monitoring/prioritizing daily shipments based on customer delivery requirements. Coordinate with the Plant Protections for live loading of carriers. Maintain loading appointment schedule. Create engravings. Ordering of office supplies. Provide relief for Chief Clerk, including purchasing, storeroom & maintenance tasks as needed. Prepare Capital and regular projects in Maintenance System Create, change or delete assets Administer company provided cell phones Work with vendors on repairs and prepare requests for quotes Prepare Requisitions and Purchase Orders for approved quotes Prepare Requests for Internal Repairs Prepare and print weekly Preventative Maintenance Schedules Process and track Safety Shoe and Tool allowances Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. QualificationsWEEKLY HOURS: 2 Shifts- 1 shift working 6am-2pm, 1 shift working 2pm-10pm (Monday-Friday) Must be able to work weekends/holidays/overtime as required. Minimum Qualifications Testing in requirements to be completed prior to being offered the position. Testing includes but not limited to Microsoft office applications. Personal qualitiesSpecial Qualifications Possess ambulatory capabilities to move freely about the facility. Work under pressure, adjust to changing priorities, and multi-tasking. Work with speed and accuracy. Have good mathematical background. Work with time restraints to meet deadlines. Communicate effectively, deal tactfully and cooperatively with individuals on all levels within the company and outside vendors.
