Ski perks (vary based on employment status) may include Deer Valley season pass, free skiing or riding at other Alterra Resorts and select local Utah resorts Friends and family ski discounts, free staff ski lessons and discounted rentals (winter staff only) Subsidized meals at Employee Dining Rooms offered for staff while on shift Subsidized housing options available for seasonal full-time staff Discounts for staff members at restaurants, shops, and service providers in Park City Healthcare options are available for staff members 401k plan with company match PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Owner Relations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring owner, guest, and employee satisfaction at Deer Valley Club. RESPONSIBILITIES: Schedule owner activities and create itineraries Document all owner interactions and requests in Maestro/ALICE Prepare all owner-related paperwork Assist with recruiting, hiring, supervising, developing, motivating, and providing feedback to the front desk/concierge team Assist with training owner services agents in policies, procedures, telephone protocol, and cash handling Create monthly owner newsletters and annual owner directory Work with the owner engagement coordinator to provide pictures and information for DVC social media outlets Act as the manager on duty when needed Attend weekly staff/manager meetings to communicate updated information and discuss more efficient service approaches Attend lodging division operations meetings when needed Organize and direct owner social programs, including skiing events, snowshoeing, hiking, weekly DVC socials, and holiday events Answer phones and complete daily checklists Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess a valid Utah driver's license to operate company vehicles Flexibility in schedule/shift coverage in accordance with business demand Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. and carry luggage DATES OF EMPLOYMENT: Flex Year Round - may have periods of layoff or reduced hours PAY RATE: $20.00 - 28.00 per hour, dependent on experience Deer Valley Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
