The person in this role utilizes quality and industrial engineering techniques as well as other analytical methods to investigate and resolve customer rejects as well as identify and drive improvement opportunities within our shop network. This position will analyze quality data and lead the recommendation, development, and implementation of corrective actions. The Quality Process Leader will serve as a cross-functional resource for quality improvement at the Waycross and Terre Haute facilities. This position will perform analysis of data and review effectiveness of corrective actions. Responsibilities Own/Manage the Opportunity for Improvement (OIR) Process at Waycross and Terre Haute
Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Quality Engineering or other relevant engineering discipline, or equivalent level of experience. Other (i.e., physical requirements, travel, etc. that is not covered above) We would prefer that this position is based out of our Waycross, GA facility but we are also open to having this position based out of our Terre Haute, IN facility. Posting Duration This posting will remain open until the role is filled. As of the post date, the salary range for this position is: Min USD $68,600.00/Yr. Max USD $95,000.00/Yr. This role may be eligible to participate in the Company's short-term incentive plan, the details of which will be provided to the applicant upon hire. This range is a reasonable estimate and takes into account several factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, geographic location, skill set, experience, education, training, internal equity, and other business needs. |
