I. Job Purpose and Job Duties The Supervisor, Onsite Endoscopic Specialist will be the liaison between the account and KARL STORZ. Daily collaboration and communication with stakeholders throughout the process is an important requirement for long-term success. This role requires a very active, present leadership style to ensure rapid and knowledgeable responses to daily needs. Day-to-day team leadership and delegation of tasks are crucial to ensure efficient and effective workflow. Adaptability is key to successfully performing in the fast-paced, ever-changing environment of the main operating room, clinics as applicable, and sterile processing departments. II. Job Duties
- Personnel management (performance management, hiring, etc.)
- Responsible for OES scheduling and shift rotation
- Procedural volume, reporting, and accuracy verification
- Total cost of ownership mitigation
- Provides full-service coverage up to and including decontam, reprocessing, assembly, and video
- Face-to-face customer support, including OR, SPD and Biomed
- Gathers detailed usage and repair data, and begins to identify opportunities to reduce instrument damage and related repair costs
- Identifies opportunities to reduce instrument damage and related repair costs
- Video tower/system set-up and support
- Inspection, repair, troubleshooting and replacement of KARL STORZ devices
- Monitoring, reporting, and facilitating repair/ exchange transactions
- Transporting, cleaning/sterilization and packaging of instruments after use
- Trouble shoot video and instrument issues in the O.R.
- Instrument/equipment repair management
- Performs preventative maintenance and troubleshooting for contracted equipment
III. Minimum Knowledge, Education and Skill Requirements Required
- 4-6 years as an OES/SOES or Team Lead, or 2 years in a Supervisory role, preferably in Surgical environment
- Our successful candidate will have excellent written and spoken English language business communication skills. They will also have demonstrated success working in a collaborative, service-oriented team environment.

- Possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- MS Office - proficient user as the role will need to work with Excel spreadsheets and reporting
- Role requires the completion of a drug screening for safety-sensitive positions
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 25lbs
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; at least one certification or ability to achieve certification within 3 months required (CRCST, CCSVP, CST, or CER).
