Description Leidos is seeking a motivated Junior Project Analyst to join the Program Management Office (PMO) of a large, mission-critical classified program within the Mission Solutions Business Area of the National Security Sector. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional with strong analytical skills and attention to detail to contribute directly to program success while gaining exposure to senior program leadership. The Junior Project Analyst will work closely with the Director of Staffing to support staffing operations, providing data administration, data modeling, and analytical support to help drive informed decision-making across a large, cleared workforce. The selected candidate will learn staffing processes, requirements tracking, and PMO operations in a fast-paced environment with growth potential. Key Responsibilities:
