We are seeking an Revenue Onboarding Lead to join our team for this hybrid opportunity out of our Waltham, MA office.
Job Summary
The Revenue Onboarding Lead will join the Revenue Enablement team and help design, build, and manage a comprehensive onboarding curriculum. This position plays a critical role in shaping the onboarding experience for new hires across Sales, Renewals, and Customer Success, ensuring they ramp up quickly, effectively, and consistently across multiple segments and geographies. Imprivata's Revenue Enablement team empowers our global sales, renewals, and customer success professionals to accelerate growth, expand their expertise, and deliver value to our customers worldwide.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Execute the global onboarding strategy defined by the Director of Revenue Enablement, translating it into structured, role-based programs.
  • Design and deliver onboarding curriculum for Sales, Renewals, and Customer Success teams that drive rapid ramp-to-productivity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Operations, and HR to ensure onboarding aligns with GTM priorities and business objectives.
  • Develop scalable frameworks and resources that can adapt across roles, regions, and business segments.
  • Track and report on program effectiveness, leveraging feedback, metrics, and best practices to continuously optimize onboarding.
  • Integrate methodology training (e.g., MEDDPICC), product readiness, tools/technology, and healthcare market insights into onboarding journeys.
  • Ensure seamless connection between onboarding and ongoing enablement initiatives, creating a continuous learning pathway for GTM teams.
  • Other duties as assigned and required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Technology Management or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in GTM enablement, onboarding, or program management, ideally in SaaS, healthcare IT, or technology.
  • Demonstrated success building and executing enablement or onboarding programs for Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Effective project/program management skills, with the ability to structure and deliver repeatable, scalable learning experiences.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; able to influence and work across multiple teams.
  • Familiarity with enablement tools, LMS platforms, and analytics to measure and improve program impact.
  • Passion for enabling GTM teams, with an understanding of how onboarding accelerates sales productivity and customer outcomes.

This position offers a salary range of $139,800.00 to $149,800.00 (inclusive of variable compensation such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here.This salary range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
