OpenText Exstream is a vibrant software development organization that provides a multichannel Customer Communication Management (CCM) solution, proven to enhance customer experience and make interactions more profitable. It empowers business users to create communications for connected customer journeys using the delivery formats and channels customers prefer - including email, web, and mobile.

YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking talented entry-level or early-career Software Development Engineers in Test to join the OpenText Exstream Product Development organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to our highly successful CCM suite of software. You will work across the entire software lifecycle-from design to development and through release-using a variety of programming languages. We are an agile development team that collaborates closely across development, quality assurance, documentation, and project management. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

* Strong proficiency in at least one common programming language (C/C++, Java, .NET, Python)

* Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT)

* Understanding of Agile or Scrum development methodologies

* Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

* Understanding of AI concepts and technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing, or AI-driven automation

* Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and apply them effectively

* A genuine passion for technology

Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we're happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.

Salary Range: $71,610.00 - $117,645.00; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
