Hill International is seeking a Project Manager in Harrison, New York


  • Coordinate with Owners, Architect/Engineers, Contractors, Vendors and their respective contracts

  • Assisting on the organization, preparation and distribution of reports, and handling information requests

  • Process RFIs, change orders, and other construction related documents

  • Assist in preparing written materials including correspondence, reports, procedures, and guidelines related to project file maintenance and document control

  • Review, proofread, and edit documents

  • Attend meetings at the job site to improve project communications and reduce interferences

  • Preparing and documenting meeting minutes

  • Responsible to work with the project manager to maintain project related schedules

  • Responsible to work with the project manager to issue, collect and evaluate RFPs (request for proposals) and RFQs (request for qualifications) from designers, commissioning agents, contractors, subcontractors and vendors

  • Ability to review project documents (drawings, specifications, RFI's, schedules, etc.)

  • Coordinating communications between contractor, client, site personnel, and consulting engineers

  • Work on jobsites and office

  • Must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience on vertical/building projects

  • Four-year college degree is preferred

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite software is required

  • Experience with P6 or MS project a plus

  • Experience with Microsoft Project or other construction management software is highly desired

  • Good written and verbal communication skills solid organizational and planning skills

  • Reliable access to transportation to commute to/from office or field office

The salary range for this position is $100,000-$125,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
