We are seeking qualified candidates for an Administrative Assistant - Executive at our Corporate Office in Glen Allen, VA. Responsibilities include prioritizing, supporting, and managing all the support functions for several members of the executive leadership team. This includes preparation for employee meetings, producing presentations for meetings, managing travel arrangements, special project work, and other administrative duties as required. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities of the position include:

  • Plan, schedule and coordinate various meetings and events.
  • Manage Executive Committee calendars.
  • Creative development and execution of executive presentations
  • Stay abreast of technology required to support presentations.
  • Plan and schedule travel for Executive Committee members as required.
  • Provide additional administrative support for Executive Committee members, and others as assigned and required.

Requirements of the position include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years' administrative experience including
  • Strong interpersonal, communication & organization skills
  • Ability to relate to senior level management
  • Computer experience required
  • Must have the ability to work independently
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality
  • 1 to 3 Years' Meeting planning experience
  • Experience in a busy, independent environment that would demonstrate possession of the applicable knowledge, skills and abilities listed above
