Homebase Medical is getting back to basics. Our mission is to optimize the quality of life for homebound older adults, allowing them to live independently and with dignity in their own homes. We make house calls - enabling access to quality wrap-around services for homebound older adults with complex health needs while improving the quality of their lives, right at home.

We offer an array of medical and chronic care services and we're backed by SCAN, a not-for-profit organization that has a history of supporting and improving the health and independence of older adults for over 45 years.

Responsibilities include:



  • Product Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive product vision and roadmap that aligns with the organization's goals for value-based care.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with clinical, technology, and operational teams to drive product innovation and ensure alignment with market needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product development.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and technology partners, to foster collaboration and drive product adoption.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct all business with integrity and uphold the highest standards of ethics and credibility.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to employees, leaders, and organizations that rely on contact center services.
  • Actively support the achievement of Homebase Medical's vision, mission, and organizational goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and experience:



  • Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in product management, strategy development, or a related role within the healthcare or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of value-based care models and the healthcare landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
