Description Maintenance Technician (Evening/Night Shifts) 12-hour shifts | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM | Salary aligned with experience Location: Bethlehem, PA PAC Worldwide is looking for hands-on problem solvers to join our Maintenance Team! What You'll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you'll: * Keep our packaging machinery and facility equipment safe, reliable, and efficient * Troubleshoot, repair, and install mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems * Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize downtime * Identify and correct safety concerns, ensuring compliance with OSHA and PAC safety standards * Train and share knowledge with other team members (levels I-III) Why Join PAC? Level I (Entry/Intermediate): * 1-2 years of maintenance or mechanical/electrical experience * Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical systems * Ability to read blueprints and use shop tools Level II (Experienced): * 2+ years maintenance or engineering service experience * Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting (VFDs, servo motors) * Skilled in fabrication, repair, and reading schematics Level III (Advanced): * 5+ years of experience in maintenance or engineering service * Advanced electrical, PLC/HMI, and control systems expertise * Able to lead complex projects and train others Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., work in a manufacturing environment with noise, moving equipment, and variable temperatures.
