Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Senior Analyst, Provider Compensation, is a high-performing technical expert responsible for complex compensation modeling, analytics, plan interpretation, and compliance monitoring. This role works directly with the Director and partners across Legal, Finance, and Medical Group Operations to ensure accuracy, transparency, and standardization in all providers pay practices.

Essential FunctionsModeling and Analysis:

  • Maintain detailed compensation models across multiple plan types (e.g., wRVU, quality, call pay, access bonus).
  • Assist pre hire offer modeling and total cost projection analysis.
  • Reconcile actual performance against incentive plan design.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Support FMV testing, audit prep, and contract interpretation processes.
  • Data Integrity and Reporting:
  • Validate provider productivity, performance, and panel attribution data.
  • Maintain source-of-truth datasets and generate dashboards for key stakeholders.
  • Prepare quarterly compensation and productive reconciliation summaries for employed groups and PSAs.

Cross-functional Support:

  • Serve as comp data lead on workgroups with HR, Legal, and Medical Group Ops.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify gaps in comp workflows, data sources, and documentation practices.
  • Recommend tools, automations, or process changes to improve quality and speed.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field - Required
  • Master's degree- Preferred

Experience

  • 3 years experience in healthcare finance, provider comp, analytics, or related roles - Required
