We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Parts Advisor to support the daily functions of the Parts Department. In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring inventory, processing parts orders, supporting technicians, and maintaining vendor relationships. You'll help ensure parts are available and organized to keep service operations running efficiently. Requirements What You'll Do:  
  Manage, control and direct the activities of Parts Department supporting Technicians and retail customers Ensure compliance with all company policy and procedures Develop, monitor and maintain relationships with parts vendorsEnsure all parts stocked have accurate minimum and maximum stocking levels establishedEnsure all shop supplies are up to date with proper quantities for general repair and heavy repair areasEnsure the parts room and parts warehouse areas are clean and organized at all timesComplete all required daily, weekly and monthly Parts Department activity reportingWarranty parts retention and shippingPrint warranty parts report in CCSCycle counts weekly and 7's report for cores weeklyCheck next day orders for QAS meetingsCheck shop turn over report and participate in daily shop turn over meeting with Service TeamProcess invoices for payment daily as neededUpdate daily sales OTC sheet ( update QAS )  Review all open purchase orders weekly print credit card reportParts need to be delivered to work stations as directed by the Shop SupervisorDirect and participate in all QAS meetings.  What You Need to Be Successful:  
 High School Diploma or equivalent2-3 years of experience in a parts distribution environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Why Join Our Team:
