Join our team as a Line Cook at our Embassy Suites Location!
We are looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our Embassy Suites culinary team. In this role, you'll work across a variety of stations in a high-volume kitchen, preparing quality dishes that deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
What You'll Do:
Prepare, cook, and present food items according to recipes and quality standards.
Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, and stoves safely and efficiently.
Organize workstations, manage prep lists, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation at all times.
Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies and replenish during service as needed.
Monitor food temperatures, portion sizes, and presentation to meet hotel standards.
Assist with training new team members and support fellow cooks during busy service periods.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures while minimizing waste.
What We're Looking For:
Previous line cook or similar kitchen experience required.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and safe handling.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
