Job Title: Supplier Data Coordinator (Temporary Project Role)

Location(s): Knoxville, TN

Role Overview:

This temporary role supports post-acquisition integration efforts by ensuring supplier records meet "Ready for Business" compliance standards. The Coordinator will complete the upload of approximately 1,200 supplier records into internal systems while managing outreach, follow-up, and document tracking.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Supplier Outreach: Contact European suppliers via email, follow up on pending responses, and escalate issues to the European team when necessary.
  • Progress Tracking: Maintain a detailed tracker of supplier outreach, responses, and compliance document status.
  • Document & Data Management: Receive, organize, and upload supplier compliance documents into Oracle, D365, or other designated systems.
  • Reporting: Prepare routine reports and correspondence to support decision-making and compliance monitoring.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the European procurement team to ensure smooth process execution and resolve escalations.



Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong organizational skills with proven time management and accountability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new database systems quickly.
  • Clear and professional communication skills for effective follow-up with suppliers.
  • Minimum 3 years of vocational training plus 3 years of practical experience in an administrative, procurement, or supplier coordination role (or equivalent combination).



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in purchasing or procurement functions.
  • Familiarity with Oracle or D365 ERP systems.
  • Multilingual communication skills: French, Spanish, or Italian highly desirable due to supplier locations.
