This position is responsible for: lifting bags of ingredients, usually over 50lbs dumping bags of wet and dry ingredients into mixing machines filling bags and stacking them operating various mixing machines, conveyors, metal detectors, sifters, etc. following instructions correctly in regards to: dumping order, blending time, etc. working as part of a team to fill large containers
