Hubbell Electrical Solutions (HES) are essential to managing power across a wide range of industries and applications. HES provides the critical components that allow operators of buildings, factories and other industrial infrastructure to connect, protect, wire and manage power.

The Hubbell Industrial FP&A Analyst will serve as a key member of the Hubbell Electrical Solutions finance team supporting multiple business units within the Industrial Strategic Business Unit (SBU). This role reports to the Director of FP&A in Manchester, NH and interfaces with the senior leadership team. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. A strong candidate will be able to partner with the finance team and senior leadership across the businesses to ensure the delivery of value-added financial analysis and reporting that leads to accurate strategic decision making.

• Support the monthly forecasting and annual operating plan processes
• Assists in preparing financial reports, analysis, commentary, and presentation materials
• Ability to create financial models and conduct variance analysis
• Drive continuous improvement to simplify and streamline processes
• Supports key financial system upgrades and implementations including SAP and OneStream
• Completes ad hoc financial information requests and various special projects as needed
• Ability to work, and effectively communicate, across all levels of an organization

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field, from a four-year college or university
• 3+ Years of finance/accounting within a global manufacturing company
• OneStream and SAP ERP system experience desired
• Understanding of US GAAP and SOX controls
• Ability to effectively identify, diagnose, and communicate complex transactions
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven ability to work well with others in a diverse organization.
• Highly organized with an ability to work well under tight time constraints.
• Self-starter who can work independently and execute projects effectively
