What You'll Do

As an Account Manager, you'll be the face of UFP to our customers-delivering value, insight, and solutions that help them succeed. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and nurturing strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions that drive cost savings and efficiency.
• Generating new business by promoting our innovative product lines to new and existing clients.
• Solving problems on the spot and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Monitoring market trends and staying ahead of the competition.
• Managing accounts receivable and inventory to support business operations.
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support.

What You Bring
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
* 5+ years of sales experience in the construction industry.
* Proven ability to generate leads and build lasting relationships.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Manufacturing experience and knowledge of UFP's products is a plus.
