An electric motor or electronics major is preferred, and an MBA is a plus15+ years of experience in industrial products/solutions to clients in the Americas, including at least 3 years in a P&L leader roleProven experience managing a full P&L in a regional or business unit leadership roleStrong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and customer-centric mindset.Strong presentation and customer interface capabilitiesSkilled negotiator and trusted advisor in customer engagementsExperience managing cross-functional and multicultural teamsExcellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to allocate resources effectivelyEffective leadership skills, including team building, coaching, and motivationTravel up to 50% required.
