We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Nurse Navigator to join our hematology/oncology team in the ambulatory clinic setting. In this rewarding role, you'll be a key advocate and resource for patients facing complex cancer diagnoses- offering personalized education and support, especially around chemotherapy treatment and ensuring a seamless, timely care experience. You'll work closely with physicians, research teams, and transplant coordinators to coordinate diagnostic processes and care plans, advocating for each patient every step of the way. As a trusted liaison between specialties, you'll help ensure that no detail is missed and that follow-up care is prompt and effective. As a successful candidate, you will:
