*Description*
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Desk Analyst in Menasha, WI. As the first point of contact for technical issues, you will provide initial troubleshooting and assistance to end users, helping resolve common IT problems and escalating more complex issues to higher-tier support teams. Key Responsibilities Technical Support & Issue Resolution * Serve as the first line of support for end users experiencing technical issues. * Respond to Level 1 support requests via phone, chat, email, or ticketing system. * Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT problems such as: * Password resets * Software installations * Microsoft Office and Office 365 issues * Printer and peripheral connectivity * Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Tier 2 or Tier 3 support teams. Service Desk Operations * Log and update all support interactions in the ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow). * Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions. * Interact with users in a courteous, professional, and empathetic manner. * Ensure timely follow-up to confirm issue resolution and customer satisfaction. Customer Technology Support * Perform minor repairs and maintenance on hardware and peripherals following documented procedures. * Explain IT service procedures and troubleshooting steps clearly to non-technical users. * Assist in onboarding new users with basic system setup and access provisioning. Project Support & Training * Participate in support training sessions for new technology rollouts. * Provide feedback and input during project planning and requirements gathering phases. Required Qualifications * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. * Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to follow documented procedures and work in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems. * Exposure to Active Directory (e.g., user account management). * Previous help desk or customer service experience (internships or part-time roles welcome). * Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) are a plus. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
