Summary: The Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) Assistant Manager assures that all products produced at the plant meet or exceed company standards and comply with local, state, and federal regulations in conjunction with the FSQA Manager. This position assists in developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving the Quality Assurance programs which assure food quality and safety while overseeing and occasionally directing a staff of 14. The role also ensures that finished products meet product specifications as outlined by the customer's functional needs, food safety specifications and service by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. This is a salaried exempt position with an annualized salary range of $80k to $100k. Trident Seafoods offers a comprehensive and quality benefits package.
