ROLE SUMMARY:
In this critical role at Quanterix, you will play a key part in continuously enhancing and optimizing our Salesforce platform. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze feedback, and design scalable, best-practice solutions that support our evolving business needs. A major focus of this role will be managing and improving the sales funnel, pipeline, and conversion KPIs to drive revenue growth.
Delivering an exceptional Salesforce user experience is a top priority for us. As such, we're looking for someone who enjoys all aspects of user management-from handling support requests and conducting training to developing user-centric solutions that maximize satisfaction and adoption.
We're seeking a Salesforce expert who can align platform improvements with our business goals, while also driving visibility and performance across the sales funnel. This role will be responsible for funnel creation and conversion tracking, Clari management, and maintaining key sales dashboards and pipeline KPIs. The ideal candidate is comfortable with change management, understands Salesforce governance, and can manage end-to-end project execution. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and translate technical solutions into clear, business-friendly language.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Own and optimize our Salesforce platform to align with business goals and support scalable sales processes
  • Design, manage, and continuously improve the full sales funnel process-from creation to conversion-while tracking performance across pipeline stages and KPIs
  • Oversee tools like Clari and develop sales dashboards that deliver actionable insights into revenue performance
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and RevOps teams to identify gaps, gather requirements, and implement scalable solutions in Salesforce
  • Manage Salesforce user lifecycle and support, including user setup, permissions, training, and communication of platform changes
  • Implement and maintain Salesforce configurations, workflows, and automation to drive process efficiency and data accuracy
  • Support & manage execution of sales forecasting, tracking, and commission calculations
  • Lead change management efforts, translating business needs into user-friendly, scalable solutions while ensuring governance and stakeholder alignment
  • Support sandbox environment management and assist with light Apex or trigger-based enhancements as needed
  • Support system development needs such as sandbox environment management, light Apex/debug work, and collaboration with developers on advanced features.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate's degree in business administration or finance
  • 5-8 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Salesforce Administration, and/or Finance


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance
  • Experience partnering with commercial leaders
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and configuration best practices
  • Proficient in Salesforce Analytics and Tableau; skilled in dashboard creation
  • Experience with change management and Salesforce governance
  • Track record of implementing Salesforce enhancements and customizations
  • Experience calculating commissions
