Summary:

In this role, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert supporting Children's Hospital Association. You will work with multiple internal stakeholders and across business lines, utilize a variety of data sources, and take ownership of projects and processes. You will identify issues, create solutions, and present recommendations to management and/or external stakeholders. You will provide guidance, provide training, and create documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of analytical tools, reports, and dashboards, ensuring insights are actionable and aligned with organizational priorities.

• Build and maintain scalable analytical solutions to support financial, operational, and clinical initiatives.

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical requirements and deliver insights that drive decision-making.

• Proactively identify data quality issues and lead remediation efforts to ensure accuracy and trust in reporting.

• Own initiative reporting, drive continuous improvement, and recommend enhancements that align with organizational growth goals.

• Communicate savings initiatives and program value clearly to senior leadership, clients, and other stakeholders.

• Mentor junior or peer analysts by providing technical guidance, peer reviews, and coaching.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.

• 5 or more years relevant work experience required.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.

• Advanced knowledge of Power BI required.

• Advanced knowledge of SQL preferred.

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical data, contracts, and group purchasing organizations strongly preferred.

• Understanding of pharmaceutical supplier and vendor relationships preferred.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with minimal direction.
