Visuals Studio Coordinator

As the Visuals Studio Coordinator, you'll be the engine that keeps this creative powerhouse running smoothly, directly supporting the Group Creative Director and collaborating with multi-talented teams. You will be the central hub of communication and organization, ensuring seamless execution of projects and initiatives. Your contributions will directly impact the team's efficiency and success, enabling them to deliver exceptional creative work.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to the Group Creative Director, managing complex calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts, and coordinating meetings across multiple teams and locations.
• Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Collaborate on special projects, contributing to image research, presentation design, competitive analysis, and artist outreach for art buying.
• Plan and execute team meetings and events, handling logistics such as room bookings, catering, and meeting follow-ups.
• Rack and process expense reports.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including impeccable email etiquette.
• Meticulous attention to detail and unwavering accountability.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities with a highly organized approach.
• Proficiency with presentation and scheduling tools and collaboration platforms
• Strong understanding of the creative and design lifecycle, workflow, and project management.
• Passion for digital media and visual creative processes (design, photography, video/motion).
• Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable to change.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Familiarity with digital asset management, file organization, and storage platforms (Box).
• Previous experience as a coordinator, assistant, or in an administrative role.
• Experience working at a design, advertising, or digital agency, or within a technology company.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35.10 to $39.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
