Milton Hershey School (MHS) is seeking a Senior Admissions Processor to join its Enrollment Management team. This role plays a vital part in guiding students and families through the admissions process, often during an emotional and complex time. As the primary point of contact for applicants, the Processor ensures applications are completed accurately and efficiently for thorough enrollment evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a high-volume caseload of student applications
  • Serve as the main contact for families, schools, and external agencies
  • Coordinate extensively with outside agencies and ensure accurate collection and verification of records to support the admissions process
  • Collaborate with team members to support applicants and communicate outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and manage database systems
  • Prepare reports and compile data for enrollment tracking
  • Process and manage enrollment records and materials for new student enrollment

  • Represent the team at meetings and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of relevant experience
  • At least 2 years in a fast-paced, high-volume administrative role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills-verbal, written, and collaborative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and database systems
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Demonstrated experience in collecting, verifying, and managing sensitive records from external sources such as schools, agencies, and healthcare providers
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience working with families from disadvantaged backgrounds is a plus
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
  • High integrity and commitment to being a positive role model is required
  • Eager to engage with students beyond core responsibilities
  • Fully on-site position with no remote work, and occasional weekend hours required
