JOB TITLE: Senior Product Analyst

LOCATION: 1 Optum Circle, Eden Prairie, MN 55344

DUTIES: Oversee the development and enhancement of the healthcare risk adjustment services platform. Responsible for assigned feature expertise and story/scenario writing. Own the entire lifecycle of assigned set of product features from development to delivery. Gather, analyze, and write product requirements based on stakeholder inputs. Collaborate with design team and create user-centric wireframes. Write epics and user stories. Articulate the why and what with clearly written stories. Collaborate with stakeholders as well as product, engineering, and operations leadership for successful implementation of the features. Write feature documentation and release communication that is fully understood by audiences with support from the team. Lead and participate in Scrum meetings, product sprints and product meetings. Work with testers to manage defect resolution and product enhancements. Train staff on new functionality and share knowledge across the enterprise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business goals. Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Operations, and other dependent teams to identify and unlock new business value propositions. Collaborate with analysts, account Managers, clients, operations, product managers, and Engineering/QA, as needed, to support the full life cycle for development. Drive a well ideated set of user stories that identify opportunities for analytics, automation, and that support strategic initiatives. Collaborate with offshore and onshore staff. Mentor Team members on new functionality and share knowledge across the enterprise. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S

REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Health Care Admin, Economics or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in
an analyst or consultant-related occupation. Position requires 1 year of experience in the following:
* Agile practitioner;
* Product Management Knowledge;
* HIPAA and HITRUST;
* Data processing systems, client platforms, Tableau, Salesforce;
* US Healthcare - value-based care, risk adjustment, payer systems;
* Software development life cycle;
* Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, ACA plan, or Provider Groups/Practices;
* Claims/encounter, member, provider, Rx, lab, and clinical data sets;
* Analytics, data platforms, and ETL;
* Proto-typing using Figjam;
* User analytics using Pendo;
* Highly scalable retrieval processes;
* Intelligent document processing;
* Process analysis, requirements definition, use-case analysis, and data analytics;
* API integration with external systems, such as portals, retrieval systems; and
* Gherkin format

RATE OF PAY: $99,029.00 - $137,537.00/year
