Job Overview:

We are looking for an individual who will work under limited supervision and is responsible to perform a variety of duties efficiently with high quality results.

Responsibilities:

* Schedule production cells to ensure optimal efficiency while balancing forecasted demand.
* Work with Plant Operations to plan a forecasted production schedule, while assessing needs vs. manufacturing or supplier constraints
* Coordinate production schedule with forecasting and production teams
* Manage deadlines based on project expectations
* Make or recommend revisions to existing production schedules
* Partners with the Plant Manager, Value Stream Leaders, Procurement, and Sales to ensure seamless production to meet customer needs.
* Runs daily production reports to review open sales orders, monitors backlog, and identifies shortages and/or production issues.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or GED
* 3+ years' Production Scheduling experience, SAP Experience
* 2+ years' Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP) experience

Core Competencies:

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Ability to Multitask
* Be able to use computers and computer applications

Preferences:

* Manufacturing experience required, ETO manufacturing preferred.
* Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access Proficiency.
* Lean manufacturing experience.
* Good Communication Skills.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:

This position will be based at our site in Moody, AL, with no travel
