We are looking for a Staff Accountant to prepare certain bank reconciliations, assist with the preparation of ledgers, budgets, daily cash reports, accounting for fixed assets, and certain balance sheet account reconciliations. As a Trex Staff Accountant, you will be looked to as an innovator and expected to perform general accounting duties focused primarily in the areas of cash, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger accounting. EXPERIENCE Staff Accountant I - 1-3 years of directly related technical experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. BASE SALARY RANGE: $58,000-$75,000 annually Staff Accountant II - 3-5 years of directly related technical experience; a bachelor's degree is required BASE SALARY RANGE: $76,000-$95,000 annually The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for potential compensation for this position. It reflects the base salary and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation opportunities that may apply. This role is also eligible for further compensation through an annual and/or sales bonus, in addition to the base salary. At Trex, individual base salaries are determined based on various factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
