As a HDP Fulfillment Team Lead, you'll utilize your expert knowledge and skills to directly assist pharmacy leadership in ensuring our members receive the highest quality product, our employees are properly trained and developed, and the pharmacy follows all company, state, and federal guidelines, while flexing to support other operational duties as assigned by pharmacy leadership.

Position Location: 5700 Dot Com Ct. Oviedo, FL 32765

Position Schedule: Sunday through Thursday from 2:30pm-11:00pm with flexibility to work occasional overtime, weekends and holidays as necessary

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Completes Pharmacy operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results
  • Provides leadership for training and development for teams meeting and exceeding expectations
  • Provides inspirational leadership and guidance to the team as the subject matter expert
  • Provides proactive problem solving in all areas including picking, replenishment, and offline
  • Mentors others on performance, growth, and development
  • Assists in orienting and training employees through SOPs, escalating any gaps in process or quality to the appropriate leadership
  • Perform all necessary technician duties such as picking, replenishment, return to stocks, and maintaining clean work areas
  • Acts as a technical resource to the pharmacy technician team, applying knowledge across other functional areas
  • Obtain and maintain all licensures and training as required by company, state, and federal guidelines
  • Own and complete more advanced projects as required or directed by site leadership
  • Supports and collaborates on cross-functional projects
  • Managing Patient PHI

Required Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Florida or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment
  • 1+ years of leadership experience
  • 1+ years of experience with computers and Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work onsite at 5700 Dot Com Ct. Oviedo, FL 32765, Sunday through Thursday from 2:30pm-11:00pm with the flexibility to work occasional overtime, weekends and holidays as necessary
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience driving continuous improvements and implementing in an organization
  • Experience driving results through effective Performance Management practices and tools
  • Experience working in a production environment

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to demonstrate creating a culture of collaboration, recognition, inclusiveness and diversity
  • Organizational skills with the ability to focus on workload and achievement of both production and quality objectives
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong teamwork and cooperation skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.00 to $35.72 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
