Our client is looking for Technical Writers/Trainer type candidates/ content creators, facilitating training sessions. The ideal candidate should have worked within ServiceNow as a user or familiar with creating knowledge content for ServiceNow. Facilitate learning sessions, content creation, making short video sessions, ServiceNow Skills that are a plus: Jira/ Kanban, they will be creating tasks. HTML, would be great if they had it. Adobe, they use to create videos. client posting: This individual will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and delivering technical knowledge content, while continuously improving processes to ensure relevance and value. You will work cross-functionally to support teammates in leveraging technology tools and promoting a self-service-first strategy. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain knowledge content in KMS Lighthouse. Collaborate with product owners, service managers, support teams, and stakeholders to ensure knowledge is accurate, valuable, and easy to use. Manage incoming requests for content updates and respond to user feedback in a timely manner. Work in Jira/Kanban to create, prioritize, and complete tasks, maintaining a healthy and organized backlog. Partner with team members to deliver modern digital learning experiences that enhance efficiency and value in technology usage. Required Qualifications Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly content for non-technical audiences. Fast learner, with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams. Excellent editing and proofreading abilities. Experience with ServiceNow. Desired Qualifications Creative and innovative mindset with an eye on industry trends in knowledge delivery. Experience promoting and marketing internal products and services. Proficient in Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira/Kanban. Experience with tools such as KMS Lighthouse, HTML, Adobe Premiere Suite, Captivate, Camtasia, or Microsoft Intune. *Skills* Technical writing, Content management, Training materials, Html, Training instruction, Training documentation, Instructional design, Content management system, Technical documentation, Marketing communications *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Required Qualifications Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills.
