Description: Our client is seeking two Business Analysts to support the commercial lines team. One will be the liaison between the Developers, QA's, and the business for their Web Team. The other Business Analyst will run SQL reports/set up tables for the outputs for the mainframe systems team running in Cobol. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and define business requirements and rules based on business decisions. * Collaborate with subject matter experts to implement and support business requirements. * Gather and analyze information from various sources (interviews, workshops, surveys, documentation). * Translate high-level information into detailed, actionable requirements. * Act as a liaison between business, technology, and QA teams. * Coordinate and support testing efforts. * Organize and lead meetings across departments. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Analytical mindset with the ability to learn and understand business processes. * Proficiency with PCs and business software. * Ability to learn new tools and manage multiple assignments. Work Environment: Hybrid work model: After initial training, up to 3 days per week remote. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
