We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Marketing Programs and Executive Support Specialist to support to our dynamic marketing team across North America and EMEA while providing Executive Assistant support to the VP, Growth Marketing and the VP, Integrated Marketing of a global cybersecurity company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn multiple marketing functions and seeks an opportunity collaborate with marketing leaders daily. You'll play a pivotal role in keeping our marketing department running smoothly and supporting the execution of our strategy, through budget management, and event/program logistics.

What You'll Do:

Regional Marketing Coordination

  • Support global marketing leaders in planning and executing regional marketing initiatives, including events, webinars, and regional campaigns.

  • Oversee logistics for events, roadshows, and partner activities, ensuring seamless execution.

  • Manage the ordering, tracking, and distribution of branded swag and marketing collateral.

  • Track budgets and assist with purchase order (PO) creation, invoice processing, and vendor management in alignment with finance guidelines.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of spend, approvals, and procurement documentation.

  • Liaise with vendors and external partners for event and campaign logistics.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Growth Marketing team to coordinate cross-functional marketing campaigns and programs.

  • Assist with reporting and performance tracking for regional marketing initiatives.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities

  • Provide EA services to the VP, Growth Marketing and VP, Integrated Marketing.

  • Manage complex, international calendars including scheduling meetings, and prioritizing competing demands.

  • Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, and assist with follow-up actions for executive meetings.

  • Plan and coordinate business travel and ensure timely submission of travel expenses.

  • Provide additional administrative support as needed.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: 2+ years in a marketing coordinator, field marketing, executive assistant, or similar support role; EMEA/regional experience strongly preferred.

  • Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities; confident with budget tracking and PO processes; strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Tech: Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with marketing automation tools, event platforms, and CRM (Salesforce) a plus.

  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, international team.

The US base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 base + bonus + benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for bonus, and other related benefits.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
