Administrative Assistant Community Counseling Eastern MO

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a heart for service and a passion for supporting mental health initiatives to join our team.

Starting Pay Rate: $15.00 - $17.00 (Hourly)

As part of this passionate and dedicated mental health therapy team in St. Louis that is committed to supporting individuals and families through high-quality, compassionate care, you will ensure the smooth operation of our therapy program by providing key administrative support to the Clinical Manager and Mental Health Therapists. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Coordinate and track client referrals and intake documentation
• Verify financial eligibility and maintain accurate records
• Support outcome tracking through timely and accurate data entry
• Manage scheduling, communications, and administrative tasks for the clinical team
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, families, and community partners
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Support a welcoming environment

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Our ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and the following:

• Knowledge of various computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, ability to create, update and maintain files
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Knowledge and experience of DocuSign
• High School Diploma or equivalent

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical and drug screening
• A valid driver's license, proof of current vehicle insurance and reliable transportation
