The candidate will support the Global Architectural Marketing Communications Engagement team through activities such as executing team needs, maintaining project timelines, and documentation.

CORE RESPONSIBILITY

  1. The candidate will support the Global Architectural Marketing Communications Engagement team across a range of activities such as, but not limited to:
  2. Executing various team needs, including meeting planning, assisting project management, and various administrative tasks
  3. Participating in various project and team meetings as needed, taking and reporting out organized notes and next steps
  4. Developing competency in Workfront: creating templates, setting up and maintaining projects, setting up and editing reporting and dashboards
  5. Maintaining project timelines via Excel, Workfront, and JIRA as needed or assigned
  6. Developing and maintaining other project documentation as required
  7. Provide ongoing status updates to the Marcom Engagement team and other Marketing Communications team members as needed throughout projects

FORMAL EDUCATION:

Required:

  • Minimum high school education or equivalent
  • Must be actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, Communications or equivalent

Preferred:

  • Completion of a business project management course or similar
  • Demonstrated leadership involvement in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community
  • Expected graduation date in 2026-2028
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Required:

  • Demonstrated leadership involvement in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community
  • Must be able to work 15-20 hours per week (2-3 days) with flexibility based on school schedule
  • Strong Microsoft tools experience (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Preferred:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility to deal with changing duties and priorities
  • Ability to self-manage to deadlines
  • An eagerness to learn and develop new or enhanced skills
  • Ability and interest in building collaborative working relationships
  1. TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Required:

  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to learn new technology systems like Office 365 and invoicing systems.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to proactively act, prioritize, and plan work activities; adapt to changing conditions.

  1. Preferred:

  • Experience with Coupa, Workfront, Trello, JIRA, or Microsoft Project
