We are seeking a motivated Marketing Technology Intern to join our Marketing Technology team. This internship provides hands-on experience working with enterprise marketing and sales technologies, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization. The role will support day-to-day operations across our marketing technology stack, including; Website, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and sales enablement platforms. What you'll gain:

Role Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining marketing technology platforms such as:
  • CRM (Dynamics 365)
  • Marketing Automation (Marketo)
  • Web & Analytics (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target)
  • Sales Enablement (Highspot)
  • SEO/SEM Tools (SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Support the integration and data flow between platforms to ensure accurate campaign tracking and reporting.
• Help with the setup, testing, and deployment of digital campaigns (emails, landing pages, forms, etc.).
• Partner with analytics teams to track campaign performance and prepare reports on KPIs such as MQLs, CPL, ROI, and engagement metrics.
• Participate in process documentation, including playbooks, user guides, and workflow diagrams.
• Provide support for internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, operations) on system use and best practices.
• Research new marketing technology trends and provide recommendations for process and tool improvements.
• Assist in governance efforts to maintain clean, compliant, and well-structured marketing data.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled undergraduate sophomore/2nd year or junior/3rd year pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, data analytics, information systems, or related field.
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest in marketing technology, analytics, and digital marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and generate insights.
• Familiarity with any of the following:
  • CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • SEO/SEM tools (SEMrush, Google Ads)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a bonus.

Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

Hourly Pay Range: $19.00 - 24.00, depending on projected undergraduate graduation date, educational degree in progress and major of study upon time of hire.

This position is overtime eligible as per state and federal regulations.
