Position Summary: The Treasury Management Relationship Assistant supports sales and implementation of Treasury Management services and other business services for clients. This professional reviews service features with clients and prospects, collects client information for preparation of account or service agreements, coordinates specific services including implementation, and tracking, and follows-up for outstanding documentation. This role is eligible for hybrid work from home opportunity under the work from home guidelines up to one day per week upon completion of onboarding. Essential Functions:
- Proficient understanding and ability to effectively communicate all Treasury Management and Electronic Banking products and services to bank clients and prospects as well as cross-sell products and services while providing effective problem resolution.
- Serve as point of contact for customer, referrals and/or requests of services, respond to inquiries for specific features including the collection of information, including financial statements, required to support underwriting, prepare, and deliver agreements for signature.
- Responsible for building relationships with new and existing bank clients through analysis and recommendation of services directly and/or in coordination with business development officers. Coordinate service agreements and documentation needed for bank clients, either directly with the client or working through other departments.
- Contact for coordination, implementation, and training for new and existing customers to ensure excellent customer service through phone, online communications, or on-site visits including business development officers from multiple bank departments.
- Review account documentation and other service agreements to ensure all agreements are complete and accurate.
- Assist business development officers in the completion of presentations including exposure limits related to credit cards, ACH files and remote deposit limits.
- Support department goals as well as assist with sales reports and monitoring account activity.
- Assist and support with updates or customization of marketing materials, special mailings, documentation, and user guides for bank services.
- Assist Department Head and Officers with tasks, projects, and reporting as assigned.
- Help organize and facilitate marketing events including client appreciation events, marketing materials, and business development activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customer in person, on the phone, via email, and through written correspondence. Answer questions and refer inquiries when necessary.
- Understand and adhere to all bank policies, laws and regulations applicable to their role. Complete compliance training and follow internal processes and controls as required.
- Report all compliance issues, violations of law or regulations in accordance with the steps defined in bank policies.
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
- Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous marketing or sales experience preferred.
- Knowledge of deposit accounts and related services strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, Fiserv and in working with other trust and financial software.
- Valid Nebraska Driver's License.

Working Environment: Sedentary work, occasionally lifting and/or carrying up to 20 lbs. Indoor work not exposed to outdoor elements or hazards. Occasional travel required.
