Ziegler CAT has a temporary part time helper position to support our yard and shop areas. Responsibilities: Yard maintenance and general facilities maintenance including painting, cleaning,trash and recycling, and sweep and scrub floors Wash equipment in wash bay Helps receive and pull parts orders and get transfers ready to ship out Assist customers with loading and unloading of parts or equipment Inventory and cycle counting Help with contamination control Maintain and repair tooling Assist senior technicians with installs and minor repairs on equipment Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Able to work independently Team-player and willing to help wherever needed Maintains safe and organized work area Willing to work in any weather condition Personal characteristics: Dependable, attention to detail, positive attitude, efficient, team player, and problem solver Able to work up to 20 hours per week This role is deemed safety-sensitive and will be subject to a drug test as a pre-employment requirement Minimum Physical Requirements: Push/pull up to 25 lbs Lift/carry up to 25 lbs Lift bulky objects Standing, walking, using hands, talking, hearing, neck rotation, trunk rotation, stair climbing, ladder climbing, repetitive bending, kneeling, sustained squat, forward reaching, overhead reaching, supine overhead reaching, crawling, bin lift, high steps, fingering/grasping - able to use bolt box. Working Conditions may be indoor and/or outdoor. Noise level may be loud at times. The pay range for this position is $15.45 to $18.49 Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant's location.
