Position Summary

The Manager, VMG Electrophysiology, in collaboration with the Service Line Director and the Physician Practice Lead, is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the operations and fiscal health of the assigned practice.

Education

Bachelors Degree required

Experience




  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory/management experience in a physician's practice required.



  • Previous experience in a physician's management practice setting and demonstrated working knowledge of the operations of medical practice required.




Skills




  • Membership and certification in a national physician practice management association encouraged.



  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills required.



  • Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.



  • Computer literacy in a Windows-based environment and proficiency with standard office equipment.



  • Proficiency with word processing and database management software.
