Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Network Manager to lead our enterprise network operations and infrastructure team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of our global network environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical foundation in networking along with a proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of network engineers and infrastructure specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Promote cross-functional collaboration with security, systems, and application teams to ensure seamless IT operations.

  • Design, implement, and maintain robust and secure enterprise network solutions (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, SD-WAN).

  • Oversee daily network operations, including monitoring, incident response, and performance tuning.

  • Lead network capacity planning, lifecycle management, and technology refresh initiatives.

  • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness for all network services.

  • Evaluate and manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of network architecture, configurations, and procedures.



Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in networking.

  • 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.

  • Deep expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, and network security protocols.

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade technologies (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto).

  • Demonstrated success in managing and developing technical teams.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
