JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the installation, removal, conversion, maintenance and repair/refurbish of ATMs and Air Machines.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Traveling:

    • Install, convert, repair, and remove ATMs including other Cash Depot equipment and products while traveling to other territories
    • Perform cash replenishments or coin removals as scheduled
    • Maintain a professional image, both personal, vehicle, and workspace
    • Maintain inventory standards as required
    • Communicate inventory and support requests in order to complete scheduled task in an accurate and timely manner
    • Attend trainings as requested and maintain technical competencies of ATMs and Air Products
    • Perform administrative paperwork in a complete, accurate, and timely manner


  • In-House

    • Install, convert, repair, and remove ATMs, Air/Vac, and other equipment and Cash Depot products while staying in home area
    • Perform cash replenishment and coin removal and scheduled and requested.
    • Partner with the territory dispatcher to execute dispatch request as scheduled and requested.
    • Complete tasks as assigned by supervisor or applicable Cash Depot staff members.
    • Communicate inventory and support requests in order to complete scheduled task in an accurate and timely manner.
    • Perform administrative paperwork in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
    • Maintain important department metric standards in efficiency, safety, first time fix rate, and other metrics important to Cash Depot and our customers
    • Assist other technicians and help train or perform ride along training as needed
    • Must follow all security procedures and policies.





REQUIREMENTS: (Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities)

  • High School Degree / GED
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to be insured through Company's risk insurer
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiners Certificate (Federal Medical Certification) is required
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time on average
  • Ability to drive a vehicle for 11 hours (driving to and from a project location) per DOT regulations
  • Ability to work in a safe manner when moving ATMs, Air Machines, using power tools, and while driving
  • Have experience with hand and power tools (hammer drill, impact driver, Sawzall, grinder)
  • Basic proficiency with computers (Ethernet, IP Settings)
  • Basic knowledge of electrical theory
  • Ability to follow the expectations of the Field Service Handbook
  • Excellent communication skills, written/verbal with internal and external contacts
  • Exhibit the following traits: flexibility, willingness to learn, organized, detailed, multi-tasker, critical thinker, accurate, thorough and be a problem-solver
  • Ability to adapt to change in the workplace or assignment of duties



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by Family Members to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

While performing the duties of this job, the Family Member is regularly required to talk and hear. Required to frequently sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.

The Family Member is required to sit, stoop, bend and kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Lifting of equipment and parts is required from frequently to rarely.

Without Lifting Equipment:

  • Frequently - Up to 25 lbs.
  • Occasionally - Up to 50 lbs.
  • Rarely - Between 75 - 150 lbs.



With Lifting Equipment:

  • Up to 875 lbs.


WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This job operates in a traveling capacity within a van (and sometimes more depending on assigned route) and will be exposed to weather conditions within the specific territory. This job also involves operation at customer locations (estimated 50% of shift). Team Member will receive direction via phone or email. This role routinely requires the use of lifting equipment, hand tools, iPad and cell phone, etc.

This is a full-time position. Work schedule is flexible, includes nights, weekends, holidays and on call duty.
